We used to sell our DVDs on Amazon, but recently we stopped doing it. The reason is simply that Amazon’s employees were making too many mistakes. Too many times, we heard from customers that they paid for 6 DVDs and received only one. Originally, when we started selling on Amazon, we were responsible for shipping and therefore, there were no problems. However, after some time, the company changed its policy and we had to ship inventory to Amazon which then shipped to customers. This is when the problems started.
